Rome / Naples - 4 Meals

Day 01 Rome, Naples, Pompeii, Sorrento

Breakfast in hotel. After leaving Rome (pick up at 06.45), the coach will take the “Sun Route” motorway driving south through the regions of Lazio and Campania. Upon arrival in Naples, short panoramic tour of the city. Arrival in Pompeii, lunch and visit of the excavations of this Roman city, destroyed by the eruption of the Vesuvius in 79 A.D.. After visit, continue for Sorrento, famous summer resort .Dinner and overnight.

Day 02 Sorrento

Breakfast. Free day to explore the old quarter of this town, the Cathedral and the Corso Italia ,the main street of the Peninsula and the Piazza Tasso with its outdoor cafe’s. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 03 Sorrento, Capri

After Breakfast, at 8.30, board the boat for the Island of Capri. Upon Arrival at the Port of Marina Grande, departure for the visit Capri and Blue Grotto- weather and sea conditions permitting. Lunch. Overnight on the island.

Day 04 Capri

Breakfast. Morning free to explore this beautiful island that has been also been renamed the “Garden of Eden”, where the sun is always shining. Possibility to visit Anacapri, situated on the slopes of Monte Solario, The Port of Marina, I Faraglioni : these impressive rocks that look like lighthouses , or the famous Villa Jovis, a residence built for the emperor Tiberius. Overnight.

Day 05 Capri, Sorrento, Positano

Breakfast. Departure by boat for Sorrento where, upon arrival, you will take the coach and be transferred to Positano, driving along the most famous road of the Campania region : the Amalfi coast road. Accommodation at the hotel and overnight. Dinner on own.

Day 06 Positano

Breakfast. Free day to explore this ancient fishermen’s village with its cubic white houses. Today one of the most wellknown summer resorts of the whole peninsula. On foot, take the Via Pasitea which will bring you to the heart of town with its narrows streets, terraces and gardens overlooking the Bay . Famous are the handbags made of straw and its hand made sandals. Overnight.

Day 07 Positano, Naples

Breakfast in hotel. At the requested hour transfer to Naples, the 3 rd largest city of Italy after Rome and Milan, situated along a lovely Bay, a horizon bounded by Posillipo, the islands, the Sorrento Penisinsula and Mount Vesuvius which all have contributed to the fame of this city. Overnight in the hotel.

Day 08 Naples

Breakfast in hotel. Morning free to explore the center of this city, full with palaces, churches and monastries. In the afternoon, visit of the city in which you have the possibility to know better monumental, panoramic and historical Naples by visiting the Cathedral, the Royal Palace, The Gallery Umberto , the San Carlo’s theatre, Posillipo and Piazza del Gesù. Overnight in hotel.

Day 09 Naples

Breakfast in hotel, end of our services.

Due to the frequent change of transportation and the type of transportation used it is obligatory to bring only one piece of hand luggage per person for excursions to the South of Italy, as the baggage handling can provoke several difficulties and often maybe lost or damage. We are not responsible for those passengers who do not follow these baggage restrictions. in the eventuality of extra baggage clients will be charged directly.
